If you Google images of "Cushing face", you'll see the skin changes and color. So I doubt these are corticosteroids.

Testosterone? Could be more like it. However, I'd expect some baldness and acne. But more like it, IMHO.

Could be drinking, too.
Supposedly testosterone attaches to androgen receptors and Ive read that there are more androgen receptors in your shoulder neck area than anywhere else, so maybe thats why?
I read that some people take testosterone for energy if they are fatigued? or mild depression it’s suppose to work for that too?
Maybe to Increase his libido? But why? Was he even dating?
Maybe a DR or a sports person will explain better.

In MMs malpractice case, though the 'assistant'was the one who did the medical malpractice action.... he was the lead, and must be part of that lawsuit. He was in the operating room. How stigmatizing this must have been.
A "narciccist personality" (prob LOTS of our surgeons) so sharply looked at as having failed. Gosh, can you imagine???
Narcissists tend to see themselves as special and perfect. They assume people are jealous of them, and out to get them. So they feel like victims and are enraged. They run away from the problems and/or act out in nonconstructive ways.

DISTURBING: Family Says Jilted Surgeon Threatened To Kill Ex-Wife Before Brutal Ohio Double MurdersThey say the threats came first, long before the night Spencer and Monique Tepe were brutally murdered inside their own home. Now, family members are breaking their silence, saying Monique’s ex-husband, surgeon Dr. Michael McKee, accused in this double murder, did not simply disappear from Monique’s life after their short marriage ended. They say he terrified her. In this episode, Ashleigh Banfield breaks down everything we know about Michael McKee, the high-achieving surgeon now charged in the murders of Monique and Spencer Tepe, from his spotless academic record and medical career to the chilling claims made by family members, the long drive investigators are reconstructing, and the haunting wedding vows Monique once spoke about wrong relationships and waterfalls of tears.

Records show the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners issued a medical license to McKee on March 6, 2023, and that it expired on June 30, 2025. He practiced at Las Vegas Surgical Associates.

Court records show that McKee is also part of a medical malpractice lawsuit involving that clinic.

Court records show that attorneys have had difficulty locating McKee to serve him.

  • Sept. 30, 2025 – Process server goes to McKee’s home near Rainbow Boulevard and West Cheyenne Avenue. There was no answer when he knocked on the door; the home was quiet, and all the blinds were closed.
  • Oct. 1, 2025 – Process server heard the television on, but when he knocked on the door, the TV was turned off, and there was no response at the front door.
  • Oct. 9, 2025 – Process server knocked on the door, but there was no answer and no movement, so he left his contact card at the door. The process server then saw McKee’s medical license had expired, so he tried to contact the medical board but was unable to reach anyone. He then spoke with another doctor, who said he had no idea where McKee was and that McKee had just “disappeared.”
After that attempt, the process server searched for any other addresses associated with McKee and found an apartment near Bermuda Road and East Starr Avenue.

  • Oct. 13, 2025 – Process server stops by the Starr Avenue address, and it was all quiet with no movement. “Leasing would not provide [process server] with any information.”
  • Oct. 15, 2025 – Process server stops by the apartment again, but there was no answer; it was quiet, there was no movement, and the blinds were closed.
  • Oct. 18, 2025 – Process server spoke to a neighbor and was told McKee does not live there, and she didn’t know him.
Court records show the judge granted an order to serve McKee by publication. They also state that as of Jan. 5, 2026, it is unknown “on who, if anyone, will represent Dr. McKee.”

The court docket shows that a status check for trial readiness for the medical malpractice lawsuit is set for April 28, 2027.
Agree he looks evasive, but you have to wonder where they were getting these addresses from,? Why / how were they linked to MM? Rentals? 3 addresses in Vegas? How long was he in Nevada?

Sounds like the police department and Mayor are getting heat about other unresolved cases in the county. JMO
Unfortunately they are. I’ve lived in central Ohio my whole life and I’m seeing lots of social media posts questioning why this case is getting so much attention when there are many cases of murdered minorities that haven’t been solved (typically, they involve a specific case close to their heart).

His medical license was current in Nevada and not due to expire until July 31, 2026. eLicense Online

Anyone have any thoughts on why he kept the gun? ( at home)
MOO, but I think he thought that he would have gotten away with it and that he would’ve never been on their list as a POI. So kind of like he was being arrogant about it, especially since he lived so far away. He probably didn’t think that MT had ever expressed her concern about him either.

Who knows, if WIFI was down on a few of the neighbors homes, maybe he had some type of device that blocked WiFi signals (if that even exists) and thought that the homes that did capture him had their WiFi signals blocked too. Maybe it didn’t block as far of a range as he thought it would?

2022 to 2025: Was licensed in several states, including California, Nevada and Illinois. From 2023 to 2024, he worked as a vascular surgeon at Las Vegas Surgical Associates.

It feels like he didn’t care if he got caught. He’s just happy he got his revenge.

I'm leaning that way too. And I think it's a possibility he had a hit list and would work his way down it until caught.

just a hunch.

Whoa. That is a scary thought. Could be right!

right? Like if he went after someone from a decade into his past who else might he blame for his less than perfect life?

Although, I do still wonder if some sort of autogenerated notice about the potentially erroneous court docket entry regarding the he and MT's divorce case might have been the trigger for these murders.

I'm 50 and take HGH for energy, mood & faster healing times from training. You can still get jacked at 39 years old though if that is your goal.

WOW THAT IS A VERY COMPREHENSIVE LIST,!!! Now I think I understand why his license was suspended from the docs attached
Traffic violations:
Seems like accumulated demerits lead to suspension? traffic device violation , speeding and a failure to appear.

Three possibilities:
1. He didn't think he would get caught.
2. He didn't care.
3. He wasn't thinking straight.

He doesn't look like he did in the pics with Monique, that's for sure. Kinda reminds me of actor Michael Douglas in the film Falling Down. With a thicker neck.
He reminds me of British actor Hugh Dennis

Frankly it's immaterial if an abuser is born or made. It's not a mental illness. He's been a vascular surgeon for 12 years. Trust me when I say this (being in the biz), if he was untrustworthy, no one would want to work with him, it would come out, he'd be sidelined, ousted in one way or another. So, you're suggesting he's only mentally ill during his personal life? Or is he a man with a thin skin who couldn't allow a woman who left him to be happy and remain alive? Or her new husband? JMO

Two things come to mind,

- one, people compartmentalize their lives. Even his shyness (mentioned by classmates) may be less noticeable by the patients because they discuss their issues, not his. This is something he knows and can talk about. So at work, he may come across as OK.

- two, everyone mentioned MM being brilliant. Perhaps "getting better grades" is not brilliance per se. It is not impossible that MM did have some ADD and this, coupled with perfectionism, made him spend more time at achieving anything. He just had to hyperfocus on one task and failed at multitasking.

But from this standpoint, if he could not combine two things (e.g., work and family life), perhaps he was just working day and night to be where he was, and then, the first time he could stop and look around, it hit…OMG, no family, loneliness... and then he got back obsessing about Monique, the last human he was close to.

Then, indeed, the first failed date could have set him off. Observing people during dating, I could see that it was like a second job, with the same learning curve. People work at the profile then they master texting then start getting out on dates. Perhaps unrealistic expectations as well.

Thoughts?
