ROSWELL, N.M. — Authorities are searching for a six-year-old boy and his Roswell aunt who reportedly went missing over the weekend.​

Roswell police issued a missing endangered juvenile advisory late Sunday for 6-year-old Aryk Peralta. Aryk’s family last saw him around 4 p.m. Saturday. At that time, he and his aunt heading to the Walmart Supercenter in Roswell.

According to police, the boy is believed to be with his aunt and he could be in danger if not located.

Aryk Peralta is described as 4 feet tall, weighing 98 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with a Batman logo.

Debra Peralta is 5-foot-4 and 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

If anyone has any information about their location, they are asked to call the Roswell Police Department at 575-624-7601 or dial 911.

PD said Aryk Padilla was found Sunday evening in Las Cruses and was safe.

His aunt, Debra Peralta, was taken into custody by authorities.

RPD and New Mexico State Police said the two left for a Walmart store in Roswell on Saturday
