Ashley Garrett age 21 deceased found in car Kansas City, MO

On or around May 23, 2013 police was dispatched to a possible wreck, I own arriving on saying a young female was found slumped over the driver wheel from a gunshot wound. They did not have the identity or knowledge of this person since she was out of state, upon running Afis she was identified as Ashley Garrett out of state from Livingston, TN. Her family nor I have any real answers. Her case was classified as a cold case, the girl was so bright, and beautiful growing up, unfortunately, I feel she fell into the wrong crowd.

Location: Independence and Hardesty avenues

Officers arrived on scene of a wreck to discover the driver had been shot. She was rushed to the hospital but sadly didn’t make it.
