"Two teenage girls are missing in the Hunter region of New South Wales.

Chloe Smith and Ellie Phelan, both 14-years-old, were last seen at a home in Raymond Terrace about 6.30pm on Wednesday night.

Police say Chloe has a medical condition that requires her to have daily medication, which she did not take with her."
