Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Max Serraglio.
The 12-year-old was last seen at the Camberwell railway station on 28 May.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
It is believed Max frequents the Camberwell area.
Max is described as approximately 160cm tall, thin build and has blonde/brown hair with a long fringe.
He was last seen wearing black Fila tracksuit pants, a floral windcheater and was carrying a black backpack.
Police have released an image of Max in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
