What do you speculate is wrong with this human?

In 2019 she was apparently diagnosed with BPD. Source;

Judge’s defence lawyer said she had since received a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder, which was a likely causal factor in her offending.

Does BPD seem consistent with the latest crime though?

Wait so she did this in April 2022 and has gone on to have a child and get another dog...

This is her right? Amy Judge with the big old Princess banner.... Jheez.

Edit to add the banner from her cover photo as it didn't upload properly.

"Frost then drives away while Judge walks off. The court was told neither collected the dog.
Princess was found by a member of the public who assumed she had been hit by a car and rushed her to a nearby vet where she was later put down due to the severity of her injuries."

Perth woman jailed for throwing dog off car park roof

THEY DIDN'T EVEN GO TO HER AID!
They just f'in left....

Nah.
Lock them up.
Throw the key away.
Never let them out.

WOW! What a nasty, horrible woman! I hope while she’s locked up someone responsible and loving takes that baby far away from her because if she was willing to harm a defenseless animal in such a callous way then she is more than capable of doing the same to a child!

Yes, and she shouldn't be able to have that new dog either. She should have been locked up.

Thankfully, a condition of her sentence is that she is banned from owning a pet for 10 years, so hopefully someone comes to collect that cute doggy soon! That punishment should extend to child custody IMVHO…

From one of her posts where she's arguing with comments that have been written - she doesn't have custody, the paternal grandparents have custody from what she's written. - it's all public so can be seen on her socials. It's on a 26th of December 2022 post about a different dog she got.

The comments on this post and several other posts on her wall mention "contact" and "today's visit" with the little boy.

Oh she's one of these people... one that claims they know the "truth"

Genuinely sickening to see she shared photos to gain some sympathy after causing these injuries.

100% - If you can hurt an animal, you can hurt a child IMO.

SBM.

Well, that’s definitely relieving to me. I hope they continue to have custody and that her son is raised in a loving, stable environment.

As for the pictures of her with that poor dog…I’m speechless. I didn’t think there was any way that she could get any worse but that is just a new low. Absolutely disgusting!

I dont understand the behavior in the security video of the crime and its description in the dailymail that she paced back and forth before throwing poor Princess.

What was her motivation? Does the pacing indicate; Hesitation? Mania? Rage? Plotting?

I also don't understand what the alleged confession means or its motivation?
Did she feel genuine unbearable guilt?
Was it an attempt to make a record of remorse to get more leniency in in any future possible prosecution?
An attempt to gain attention and create drama?
An attempt to be sent back to prison on purpose?
A misguided attempt to gain sympathy?
A cry for help?

Hypothetically how does partial contact with a parent who has committed crimes or has BPD effect child development?

Quote from the alleged confession:

"I did her a favor because all I did was hurt her and abuse her"

What does that mean? It doesn't seem like the rspca raised any previous abuse. If the dog was cremated there might not have been any evidence? Or her poor body was too damaged from the fall to see any previous injuries?

10 years probably won't be enough though will it.

I feel guilty but a little part of me hopes she comes across a dog lover without much to lose in prison
