Gender unknown..that is weird. On the ABC news they said she is from overseas and will take time to trace the family for DNA.

“A foreign national will be taken to Queensland and charged with the murder of a woman, after her decomposing body was found stuffed in a box on a Brisbane balcony.

Yang Zhao, 26, is accused of murdering Qiong Yan sometime between October 2020 and May this year.”

It appears the two were roommates and not involved in a romantic relationship.
