So obviously that was a massive over reaction

But it is good to know they have plans now for emergencies

The trouble is getting the balance between safety and false alarms

I don't want to feel like I live in a war zone

Better an over than under reaction. If it really had been someone with a gun or a knife, it would have saved lives.

But it needs fixing. Too many people say the message wasn't audible or was confusing. The theatres kept playing the movies, rather than cutting the film and raising the lights. Many said they had no idea where to go and just kept opening doors until they found a way out of the building. That's a problem, and it needs to change.
