Am I understanding this right, that they got a group together and cracked a bunch of unrelated cases? From the headline I thought it meant that they had busted a kidnapping ring or something. This is really great. I hope they can do something similar on a regular basis.

Other states run these operations also. Usually, they are kids in the foster system that have been lost by child welfare. I am not saying that is what occurred here, but it is common.
