Circumstances of Disappearance- Mr. Porter is known to live a transient lifestyle and receives a monthly welfare check that is mailed to his aunt's residence. After not hearing from or seeing Mr. Porter, the family became concerned and reported him to the police as a missing person. Mr. Porter has been known to wander around the Gila River Indian community and utilizes a wheelchair to aid him. Family has not seen or heard from him since 9/15/2011.
