She is described as a white female, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white sweater, unknown color sweatpants and grey socks.
She is most likely driving a 2001 grey Buick Century with Arizona license plate 356GWY.
Ms. Daly suffers from dementia and other medical conditions. She did not take her medications with her. It is unknown where she may have been headed.
