Eugene Manzanares, 58, was last seen at noon Tuesday on Southern Avenue and Ellsworth Road, according to the Mesa Police Department.

Manzanares left in a green 2019 Ford F250 truck with license plates of B026077.

Manzanares is a disabled veteran and has been depressed lately, police said. He left his medication at home along with his electronic devices.
