[h=1]Surprise police search for 2 missing children they say are runaways[/h]

Police are searching for 13-year-old Higinio Acevedo-Baggett and his 9-year-old sister, Hazel Garcia-Snelson.

Acevedo-Baggett is described as approximately 5 foot 7 inches tall and 160 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black jeans and a T-shirt. Garcia-Snelson is approximately 4 foot 5 inches tall and 100 pounds with brown eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink dress, police said.
