Isis Asani Hamptom- Cobb (16 years old) left her residence in the area of Dobson Rd/Frye Rd on the evening of 08-23-18. Isis left with her clothing, but left her cellular phone. It should be noted Isis changes her appearance from that of a male to female, depending upon her activities. Isis has been diagnosed with mental health conditions. Isis location is unknown, but she is suspected to be in Phoenix area.
