My first question was the reason for the aneurysm. Very uncommon in a male that age who doesn't have high blood pressure, heavy smoking with family history of, or autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease. Can happen after a traumatic head injury and with cocaine use. At his age, head injury would be most likely but nothing can be ruled out. The scary thing about those, is there is little in the way of symptoms until you get a rupture (not guaranteed, but can happen) and then it's often fatal.
