Jennifer Verdugo is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5'4" tall and 150 lbs with brown eyes and black hair.

I appreciate their approach. runaways are at a very big risk of exploitation. and if they investigate, they can hopefully save a juvenile who ran away from abuse at home.
