What about this man: John Russell Rogers?

The facts (such as age, location, name) don't match, but when I overlay a semitransparent photo of John Russell Rogers on top of Kenneth Charles Rogers, their eyes and brow lines seem to align -- the size, the spacing, etc.

I originally noticed that both men have asymmetrical lower lips, where the left side of the bottom lip to seems to be swollen. I wasn't sure if that is the result of an injury or if it's permanent facial characteristic.

I can't tell! I'm terrible at facial recognition, which is why I have to do all this comparing.
