Tucson Police are searching for a 64-year-old man they said was last seen three weeks ago.

Michael Buchfink was last seen at his home in the 8000 block of E. Lakeside Parkway on April 25.

Tucson Police said the man is 5'10" and weighs 194 pounds.

Buchfink has tattoos on his hands and arms.

Anyone with information about Buchfink's whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or 88-crime.

Buchfink is considered a vulnerable adult, as he has numerous health issues. According to TPD he left his phone behind and is able to use the bus system.

Police search for Tucson man missing for more than 2 weeks

"Although he is a missing person, the only photo police had of him was from an unrelated mug shot."



I just feel bad when a missing person has to have their mug shot used as their main missing picture. After reading comments on SM of other cases with mugshots used, you can tell it unfortunately and sadly deters people.

I hope Michael is found safe soon.
