AZ - Mom Runs Over Daughter With Car

Police said Tuesday that Sylvia Aranda was arguing with her 17-year-old daughter on Friday. At some point, the girl got out of the car. That's when, according to police, Aranda drove up on the sidewalk and hit her.

The charges were dropped? Not only did she run over her daughter, but apparently left the scene and her injured daughter? What the heck?

So what is LE saying this so called mother did? OOPS - my bad?

When Aranda arrived in court on Tuesday, she was released and the charges were dismissed. The court commissioner said it's because of a lack of probable cause.

I'm shocked!
