I'm very interested in Stephen Missal's reconstructions, i pay attention to cases that he does reconstructions to. I have an archive of his works in my profile description.

I think he was just showing off his body. Maybe he tried to look intimidating or strong. He could have put on a shirt afterwards and then left.

He has a possible brother who is the same age as him who moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2014.

Maybe they crossed the border just to cross and he somehow got away from the group. I can't picture this guy going shirtless in the desert because he's from the desert himself. This is the kinda group who would have driven up to the border themselves.

I doubt he would have walked, he likely drove by car through the border and back.

I feel like if he's our UP, there's sinister circumstances involved.

I went ahead and circled the similarities to the recon and the HD picture of the MP.

Things to note:
1. The reconstruction may show noticeable features in an exaggerated way.
2. The MP's face leans to the side, which is why the right side of his jaw seems more rounded

Similarities:
1. Nose curving to the right
2. Cheekbones
3. Chin outline

Differences:
1. Eye height
2. Face Width (May be a weight estimation issue)

Lived in and was last seen in Altar, Sonora, MX which is about 100 miles from Nogales.

The NAMUS report says he was last seen in Altar, Sonora, MX. I think that's where his last verified sighting was.
I take the Pima County, AZ and Sonora, AZ locations with a grain of salt, because they're all over the map!

There's no info stating law enforcement believes that. Nestor was last seen with a group only planning to go to the U.S. I think they did, but Nestor died in the desert. There's a frustrating lack of information about Nestor's clothing.
