Quite the PMI. Although the PMI and EYD don’t really jive. I wouldn’t rule out any possible match based on time frame (in this case).

Lucas Montiel Zavala?
His clothing description includes "black leather belt with silver buckle with an image on it"

The belt buckle features riders team roping, and might be a rodeo prize.

Complete long shot given the distance, but I thought of Chance Englebert when I saw the belt buckle. It’s stated that he had an NRCA buckle when he went missing (Chance Leslie Englebert – The Charley Project). I googled to see if I could find images of an NCRA buckle but I didn’t find any. Will look again later.

again, I know it’s such a long shot since Chance was last seen in Nebraska, and this UID was found in Arizona, but the rodeo/buckle connection gave me enough pause to post. JMO

The buckle looks to me to be most likely just a generic one likely bought somewhere. More often if it has been won there would be the name of the rodeo or event on it and the year. It isnt impossible that it was won but less likely. Obviously just my opinion, but i do run in rodeos myself so i see a ton of flashy belt buckles all the time with the titles and such rather than more plain ones. I think that there would be better luck trying to find the manufacturer, but in looking around online myself i did not see any super close.
