UNID. PERSON: White male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’08”, 160 pounds, with blonde hair, and blue eyes. The subject had a small goatee and was unshaven. The pictures above are an artist’s interpretation of what the subject may have looked like in life.

CLOTHING: Green shirt with vertical black stripes, green pants, and brown work boots.

DATE FOUND: February 4, 1971.

NARRATIVE: On February 4, 1971 this male was found deceased in the area of 11th Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks in Phoenix, Arizona. He was found to be a victim of a homicide but was never identified. The subject was found to be extremely intoxicated at the time of his death and may have been living a transitory lifestyle.
