The sketch is a pretty good likeness. The nose is a little off but otherwise it's quite good. The picture seems to have been taken when she was much younger and she was burned in a fire (and had apparently been homeless) so she probably did look different when she died.

Noses are a lot harder to recreate from damaged or decomposed remains than other features of the face that have solid bone as a foundation. There's a fair degree of informed/educated guesswork.
