He was probably just found in the ditch, although he could have been partially buried.

Possibly Antonio Flores-Perez? (#MP82309)

He disappeared on April 1, 2021 from Maricopa, AZ which is on the outskirts of Phoenix. If the GPS coordinates on Namus are right he disappeared about a 30-40 min drive from where the UP was found. He was 47 at the time of his disappearance which matches the estimates of "adult under 50" for the UP.

His wife was found dead in their home when the police responded to a wellness check. His car was found in a remote county outside of Phoenix.

He's also listed as Latino/Asian on Namus. When I saw the sketch of the UP personally I thought he had some sort of Latino in him, so I think he'd be a likely candidate.

SR143 at Washington is a very busy highly trafficked interchange. I live right here in the general area and hadn't heard about him. Embankment sounds to me like just on the side of an offramp area maybe, where it slopes.
