This fully clothed man was found floating in the Salt River near 2nd Street and University in Phoenix.
Description
He is Caucasian and had brown hair. He was 5' 9" tall and weighed 110-150 pounds. He has a tattoo on his right arm, the word "Gemini" and Roman numberal II above the word Gemini. He was wearing a t-shirt and jeans along with purple tennis shoes. He had several cavities but none with fillings.

It's not really the Roman numeral II, that's a bit misleading. It's the astrological symbol for Gemini. It's all part of the same tattoo. This persons birthday is between 21st May-21st June. That could be helpful in matching Missing persons.
