16 year old Nicodermic Kyllingstaad (goes by Nic) has been missing from Anthem, AZ since 11/29/15 May be heading to Flagstaff, Bullhead City, or Mesa, AZ. He left a suicide type note, but LE now thinks he could be a runaway.
