Missing endangered adult Robert Smith was last seen leaving his aunt's residence located in the area of 8700 East Waterford Circle on the morning of 4-8-19. He has not been seen or heard from since. Family is concerned for his welfare since he is a type I Diabetic who has been without his insulin since he left. His recent cell phone usage indicates that he and his vehicle are possibly in the Florence, AZ area. Contact Mesa PD with any information regarding this case.
