Surprise Police are seeking public assistance to locate 28 year old Robert “Turkey Sub” Collins who went missing on 12/22/18 from the Fry’s Grocery Store located near Cotton Lane and Greenway Road.

Robert Collins suffers from conditions which may leave him with a diminished mental capacity. He is from out of state and may not know how to get back to the place he was staying.

There are some comments posted concerning sightings of him. One of them on dec 25th by SM is alarming. May give insight into his state of mind. Also, appears he served in the Marine Corp.
