Family members reported on Saturday that 66-year-old Roy Olivas was missing.

It looks like he may be on probation. He has failure to appear on 3 seprate criminal cases involving trespassing/drug paraphernalia/possession/use from 2024 but it looks like all have been addressed by response and order. His earlier court records (vehicular/liquor consumption in public from prior to 2010 show a Phoenix address, the current records list no address.

If he is homeless and has medical issues that may may affect his cognitive abilities, I worry about him but weather forecast show temps staying below the 90 degree mark next week and not cold at night.
