PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was issued Monday for a missing 28-year-old Phoenix man with a developmental delay, according to authorities.

Taylor Smith left on foot near the area of 23rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road on Thursday.

He stands 5-foot-7 and weighs 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt with light blue jeans.

Smith has a limited vocabulary, according to authorities.
