Bali - Ferry explodes in Bali, Australians and New Zealander hurt

129 passengers, many of them tourists, had to be rescued as a ferry's engine exploded at sea en route from Lombok to Bali.

First reports said four Australian women were hurt, then that three Australian men had minor injuries. Paul Sinclair from Ashburton in New Zealand is reported to have serious back injuries.

The total number of injuries is unknown but no deaths have been reported. The ferry is the Wahana Gili.
