Just to add that in 2019 Barbara Kay Jolly has been exluded by DNA to be Seneca Jane Doe also known as Grundy Jane Doe found in 1976 in Illinois.

After browsing the Doe Network one unidentified woman stood out to me as a possible match. I’m vey new to this, so I may be completely off base and appreciate guidance.
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
Eye color matches as well as hair, weight and height have some discrepancy though. The doe’s age is listed as 15-30, but appears to be in her early 20s. What throws me most is the glasses; do we know if Barbra ever wore glasses?
I wish there was more information available about Barbra :( I hope one day she’s found.

I was just thinking about Barbara this morning, and then a new post pops up for the first time in over a year.

I can't find anything in any historic Seattle area newspapers about Barbara going missing at all - I was checking last night.

A few thoughts

1. It says she disappeared from downtown Seattle - is that where she lived or was she visiting, shopping etc from a different town or neighborhood?
2. I know 19 is young, but was she married? Did she have a different last name at some point?

This could be unrelated and a different Barbara Kay Jolly, but I did find this newspaper clipping from 9/21/74 in Columbia MO:

I am pretty sure the clipping is unrelated as there is an entry on Ancestry linking to a Columbia Daily Tribune article in Newspapers that reports a 1972 marriage of Barbara Kay Bynum to Arthur Jolly and notes she was a 1969 graduate of Hickman.
