Due to the forum's social media policy, I cannot share information I found from other sources. This information pertains to the exact location she was last spotted as well as information on unknown individuals who came to pick her up at her grandparents' home.

Her parents and extended family are still actively searching for Ashleigh and want very much to hear from her. They are asking the public to keep an eye out for her in the broader region, which could possibly include parts of the Pacific Northwest. This is not just the typical scenario of a teen runaway. Foul play is suspected in her case.

More info found at this site: Missing: Ashleigh Lee Louise Pettman-Wilson

"Ashleigh had been living with her maternal grandparents on the west side of Kelowna, British Columbia. She went out on June 1, 2005 with friends in a vehicle and never returned home. She was last seen in City Park, Kelowna, British Columbia on June 5, 2005. Her whereabouts remain unknown and her case remains unsolved."

I did not see her case entered in the databases of other agencies or orgs, i.e. Doe Network. This may be because the authorities are not actively investigating the case. She would now be in her thirties, and there have been many photos of her shared on the web by family in the hopes that it could lead to a tip.

This is a news article I found on her case which is over 10 years old now: Police and family appeal for info on missing woman | Globalnews.ca

If Ashleigh Lee Pettman is still alive, she would be 23 years old now.

Pettman was 18 when she disappeared on June 1, 2005. At the time of the disappearance Pettman was living on the streets as what police describe as an "at-risk youth."

The disappearance was not reported to police until later that month.

According to police, they’ve investigated every possible lead and tried everything in their power to locate the woman, but to no avail. Police are appealing to the public in an effort to generate new leads in the case.

Cst. Steve Holmes with Kelowna RCMP says they’re appealing to the public for assistance so that anyone who may have forgotten or been hesitant about coming forward with information will be prompted to do so. Cst. Holmes said the police are hopeful that Pettman is still out there alive, and noted in this particular case there is "no evidence to suggest that she’s met with foul play."

Pettman is described as 5'4", 95 lbs. and blonde with green eyes.

On Facebook, friends and relatives in the group "Finding Ashleigh," dedicated to finding Pettman, have posted their hopes for her safe return over the last few weeks.

Police are asking anyone who may have information on the case to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

''Winter a 70 year old housewife and mother was murdered inside her Bernard Avenue home on Valentine's Day in 1985.

“There was a lot of work done in regard to that file,” Feist said. "There was investigative theories pursued, and that file still remains open. There's some avenues that I'm still pursuing in regards to that side.

Pettman was an 18 year old girl, who had become street entrenched and was last seen June of 2005. She's never surfaced anywhere. Like Horvath, there will be no crime scene evidence to circle back to.
That said, Feist thinks there's some potential in each file.''
''Perhaps the most challenging cases Feist is investigating is the missing persons file of 18-year-old Ashleigh Pettman.
The young woman had been last seen sometime in June 2005 after becoming street-entrenched in Kelowna.''
