At 9am on 9 April 2024, a man was rescued from the canal at Square Jules de Trooz in Brussels. The victim's hands and legs were tied with yellow ropes and a padlock. He died after being taken to hospital.
This person is 1m83 tall, of normal build and has long brown hair. At the time of his discovery, he was wearing light blue jeans of the brand "F&F", a blue and white jacket of the brand "SHELTERSUIT" and tricoloured trainers (blue, orange, white) of the brand "Asics".
