With new recon. Hard to tell with the beard, but the parts that are visible match pretty closely.

Unless I'm misreading something, the decedent was found in February 1985 and Belliveau didn't go missing until October 1985.

Updated information notes he had a scar on his nose. The photo is from about 1979, which is several years before he disappeared.

Does anyone know if there was anyone that had seen Belliveau besides the person that reported him missing between Feb. 1985 thru Oct. 1985? Or could the missing person's report be from someone who didn't keep in close contact much?

I have no idea. I have researched this case and there is absolutely nothing more about his disappearance on any of our Canadian missing persons sites.
