I never shop there myself, I may go there to look/compare buy never to buy. No matter where you go in their chain, their customer service is horrible. Rude clerks that are undertrained and know nothing about what they are selling. As a senior I am usually ignored and get the 'be wih you in a minute' when trying to get help, then find the clerk assisting others in the next asile. We bought a TV there a few years back and went through hell getting a Visa card cancelled that they just opened an account for and mailed us. 23% APR. Good place to avoid.
