-The arrest of the two men touched off a furor around the U.S. over racial profiling.
-Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson came to Philadelphia to personally apologize.

While this should never have happened in the first place, it's playing out really well on all sides IMO. Very impressed with Starbucks' response. Thoughts?

Is there another discussion on this situation on this forum? If not, then I find it astounding that that only ONE person felt this was important enough to respond to.

Not sure what this says and no, am not going there.
