Boy, 4, dies after he's hit by car driven by boy, 10

A 4-year-old is dead after his 10-year-old cousin backed a car over him, police spokesman Sgt. Justin Risley said. The mother of the 10-year-old gave him her keys about 6 p.m. Sunday and told him to start the car outside an Elder Creek Road home. The car had traveled backward about seven feet when the boy heard a scream. He got out to find his cousin under the car near the left rear wheel, Risley said.
