Judge is taking matter under advisement, and will draft an order as soon as possible.

DA has an additional motion, do not know what it is about? Defense says he just received it this morning, does not know if they are entitled to this info. Still don't know what it is about.

Why doesn't he just file it and the defense can reply? Why go about it this way?

This makes no sense. Judge giving it back. DA says he will try to obtain info from other sources, if he can't, he will file the motion later. Why bring it up, then?

Defense filed some motions late Wednesday. He understand DA may not be ready to discuss those.
