It looks like the ring is from a New York jeweler, Joseph Berland Loveland, that was around between 1943 to 1950 (possibly others but those are the dates I'm finding.)
Not sure if that's anything.

Bumping this thread up. Could she be a victim of Joseph "Crazy Joe" Spaziano?

I'm not seeing this case in Namus. I am also not seeing her fluiidb.

The article posted above indicated death within 1-2 days. Maybe she was identified?

Broward County has quite a few bodies missing from NamUs.

This specific case was still active as of c. 2008 when it was included in their "Operation Found & Forgotten" initiative.

One of the people on this list (BS73-08-2432 - incorrectly listed there as being found on the same day as the body this thread is about) was added to NamUs only last week under #UP156638 after somebody sent them an email, for reference. There's a couple others on that specific list missing from NamUs too, like BS67-05-2280, but I haven't looked through all of them (PB93-014026 was also never in NamUs, but the DN closed out his case "per Broward Co ME" in 2021).

This woman found in Coconut Creek in 1981, identified by prints last year as Barbara Overby, was also not in NamUs, and they only began reinvestigating her case after a Websleuth here sent several different agencies emails: Coconut Creek Police Department

Thanks for the info! She is also not listed in the original source reference, which I believe to be the fluiddb, and what was likely used for her entry on DoeNetwork (?). Hoping she was identified. Appreciate your knowledge and response.
