Burk and his Police interview

I'm from the IDI side, but when i look the police interview with Burk when they show him the picture of the Bowl with the pineapple he looks not fine, take much time and he says: ..... its a bowl of ...oh...something. I hope that i'm wrong but its look like he get a flashback from that evening. And the spoon is from a left-handed person, but Burk is right-handed and his fingerprints are on the bowl.
