New must-have for pet owners buying a new home in SoCal - a pet suite! With custom shower/dryer, flat screen TV, closets, French door and surveillance cameras, it's a snip at only an extra $35,000.

Standard Pacific are the construction company, for those pet owners who can't wait to sign on the dotted line. Let's hope none of the buyers have one of those dogs who decide that whatever luxury quarters they're given, sneaking into owner's bed is always preferable.
