On Thursday, March 12, the Mountain View Emergency Communications Center received reports around 3:30 p.m. local time that a student participating in an after-school program at Benjamin Bubb Elementary School, located in the 500 block of Hans Avenue, had been stabbed in the school’s play area, according to the Mountain View Police Department.

This isn't good from your link. 10 years old and already there have been "prior contacts" by LE???? Ho boy. Not good at all. If he's this bad at 10... what's he going to be like when puberty hits, young adulthood, etc.? Yeah, not good.

While the 10-year-old, who was not enrolled in the after-school program, initially fled the scene ahead of the officers’ arrival, officials later located residential video and were able to identify the boy after “recognizing him from prior contacts.”
