'Some people' in Dockweiler State Beach, Los Angeles abducted a baby seal lion pup from its mother after the babies got trapped in bushes Sunday morning. Its age and description is unknown.
Marine Animal Rescue saved one pup and reunited it with mom, but witnesses said 'some people' had wrapped the other baby sea lion in a blanket and abducted it before help arrived. Sea lion pups are hard to feed and need water and the kidnappers face a $10,000 fine and a year in jail if they don't hand him/her in to marine authorities.
