The Namus report states BODY FOUND IN THE DESERT AREA. No photographs, dental charting, dental radiographs, fingerprints, body x-rays, or DNA is available. And it’s in LA County so most likely these remains were cremated.
So, no identifiers available and probably no way to get any. Unfortunately, this poor woman will probably never be identified unless there is something available that’s not released or the missing documentation is found.

White female aged 18-30. Found in August 25, 1976. Skeletal remains, PMI of 5-6 months. 5'5 to 5'10. Long light brown hair.
Found in a desert area in Acton, CA. According to Doe Network, she was buried in a shallow grave. No DNA/Dental/Fingerprints/X-rays available. Basically, unidnetifiable.
Clothing: beige sweater with blue and red stripes, blue 'hip-hugger' flair pants, blue denim jacket.
Acton's really close to Angeles National Forest. Back in the 70s, from what I can see, Acton was pretty rural but developing. A lot of ranches and open spaces. Becoming an aerospace hub. If it was foul play, that's someone who knows the LA area pretty well. The Doe's clothing makes me think she's into the groovy local scene, if she's not CA, she's jmo from WA or OR, maybe hitching, but I'd tend to think she herself is probably from CA, and maybe she herself from LA area. This is SO bad, I mean there's nothing for this person at all? No DNA, no dentals, no nothing?? How's there no DNA with a partial skeleton, you can extract DNA from bones, even really old and degraded bones.
Maybe Kristina Sue Allen, Feb 1976 went missing after being in bar in Venice Beach about an hour from Acton. They're saying PMI at 3-6 mos prior to Aug 1976, Kristina disappeared about five months prior to Aug 1976,

These remains should have been cremated on September 1, 1976, in accordance with Los Angeles County policy at the time (they still do this in present day, they just wait for three years now instead), so there’s almost certainly nothing left to extract DNA from.
