UPDATE ON HOMICIDE & KIDNAPPING CASE

The KCSO Detective Unit, with the assistance of our State and Federal law enforcement partners, have located Alana and Arya Maldonado safe and have taken Jonathan Maldonado-Cruz into custody.

Sheriff Robinson will be holding a press conference this afternoon at 3:00pm to update the public on the investigation. Media outlets, please contact Sergeant Andrew Mazza, at (559) 530-4381, to obtain details of the location of the press conference.

Thank you to everyone who assisted in spreading the word to help locate Alana and Arya. The case developed quickly thanks to the support of the community.

Amber Alert ends with safe recovery of Hanford sisters as father surrenders at the border
