Yeah, Santa Rosa PD, or someone has been making a lot of entries in NAMUS for missing persons, and when I google search there is no information. The possible reason for not being able to find birth information is that they might not have been born in the US.

I am hoping she was found safe. She was highlighted in January by Santa Rosa PD on FB. They are trying to get the word out on MP in their area to get the community involved.
