Police say Alexis Chavez Hernandez was last seen in the 2300 block of Castro Lane Sunday around midnight.

Her sweet face is breaking my heart. She is only 13 years old.
Last seen around midnight -- was she in her home then?
Did she pack any clothes or other things? Was she meeting someone? Did she run to a friend's house?
Hoping she is safely home by now.

That’s what I was wondering too (midnight being so late for a 13-year-old to be awake … much less outside of her home).

If not seen by family at home … By whom was she last seen?

If you search the missing discussion for missing children/teens in Bakersfield, you will see there are sooo many 11-18 year olds. It is not the town it used to be including a lot more crime. I suspect a lot START as runaways, but that doesn't mean they are not in danger.
