Please help us locate Anastacia Leyva. Anastacia is 5’07 160 lbs with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen leaving her residence on D Street enroute to an unknown location for a Halloween party.

Since leaving she has not been heard from and has not shown up to work. Her family advised this is out of the ordinary and she would never miss work. Anastacia does not have a cell phone or vehicle.

Please be on the lookout and call 911 or our non emergency line at 925-778-2441 if you see her.

Missing for almost a week already. I really hope that Anastacia is somewhere safe. This is worrisome.

She does not own a cell phone or vehicle? Did she leave the house on foot or was she picked up by someone? This isn't passing the smell test for me here...

Please note that the person who claims that she had contact with her, TM, is indeed friends with her on FB

If Anastacia has TikTok videos and IG posts, she has a cell phone. There's something wrong if its being reported she doesn't have one. Maybe they meant she didn't have it with her? That's also suspicious.

It looks like her most recent tiktok was on October 24th... And it definitely looks like she was holding a phone to record herself.

I saw that last night, is that flyer from a family member? Regarding the most recent 10/24 & 10/15 tik toks, there are only two on that account, so the phone could be from someone else. Pretty sure this fact has been verified.

On the police website someone posted a message from her with a picture of her. She supposedly sent this to verify that she is fine. Can't verify when it was taken but she would need a camera to have taken that. I would think it was from a phone so I am wondering about this as well. Maybe she has a second phone that the police etc aren't aware of. Something is definitely off. JMO.

Indeed, seems odd and why would she risk losing her job to go “MIA” for a while. Bottom line, I am sure the police are going to require her to come in to verify. If this was a hoax on her part, s/b consequences but if it’s still a ??? then the police should keep it open.

That's really sketchy. If she had access to a phone, and could upload a picture, then she could call someone.
I don't like this.

There's actually two missing posters and one names a 'person in question'. According to TOS I can't say more on that. MOO

Yes, I saw this earlier and felt sure the images she has shared on her social media came from her cell phone. I thought it was odd to mention in the official "missing" information that Anastacia has no cell phone. If she had left her phone behind, it seems like authorities would have made that clear. Not having a cell phone and not having one with you is two different things.

I'm getting mixed vibes on this case. Either Anastasia is contacting friends and sending pics or someone else is posting as if she is the one doing it.
