Horner was last seen at his family's residence in Santa Rosa, California on February 4, 1989. He has never been heard from again. Authorities believe that Horner left his house of his own accord. He may be frequenting soup kitchens and shelters in the United States.

Did Tony walk away from his known life and family? Is Tony still alive living somewhere else? He does have interesting tattoos could be useful for reference points in comparing with unidentified John Does. I think he may have wanted a new start elsewhere but something has befallen him. It seem to me that 32 years later, he would have been in contact with a cousin, high school friend or sibling at some point and time.

Anthony is featured on the homepage of Charley Project this week. It seems so sad that he went missing at only 18-years-old apparently to start his adult life but was never heard from again. He would currently be 52-years-old.
